Odia Writer Manoj Das, who was recently presented with Padma Bhushan for his remarkable commitment to English and Odia writing, on Saturday received Mystic Kalinga Literary Awards – Indian and Global Languages.
He got the honor at the fourth release of the two-day long Mystic Kalinga Festival (MKF) in Bhubaneswar.
Mystic itualist Kalinga Literary Award has been initiated to perceive and celebrate productive and moving essayists, artists and entertainers. Das likewise introduced a discussion on “Divine Madness: Knowledge, Ecstasy, and Transformation”, the focal topic for the fourth release of the Mystic Kalinga celebration. The famous litterateur educated that he is deciphering ‘Savitri’, the epic sonnet composed by political dissident and profound master Aurobindo Ghosh into Odia language.
