Bohurani appeared in 1990. The late Krishna Prasad Mishra showed me my manuscript and sent it to Shantiniketan and printed it after getting permission. He was not just a professor or a writer, he was a genius, a literary lover.I am grateful to him for coming to the public eye of ‘Bohurani’ with his help. A few years later, Bohurani was over, but there was some delay in re-publication.I am also grateful to Narsingh Prasad Mishra for re-publishing it in this regard. It is a novel of a different taste.The story of a royal family but the author Rabindranath has described it so beautifully that it is not possible to finish reading it when you start reading.
